Abstract

In the article analyzes data and results from research and studies related to victimization and perpetration of crimes motivated by prejudice and hatred. Despite the lack of accurate and adequate official statistics, there is a lot of data unambiguously indicating the gravity of the problem with normalization of hatred and hate crime.
