Abstract

This article examines the impact of corporatism on democracy in the new conditions created by post-democracy. The role of the global company, which is becoming one of the main key institutions in the post-democratic world, is analyzed. It is argued that the constraints facing neo-corporatism today could lead its institutions to the rubbish of history.
