Abstract

The events at the beginning of the XXI century showed that most international relations are affected by global terrorism, comprising a plurality of cells located in different countries.

In many of our studies we have analyzed most of the problems surrounding the fight against terrorism and we have come to the summary conclusion that the terrorist threat is very amorphous and undefined, making it very difficult to prevent, and planning against it complicated, which sometimes leads to inadequate reactions.

All this requires, in counteraction, the use of tried and not-so-well known methods and techniques that will be analyzed in this report.
