About the motivation: changing the operating systems

The development of motivation is considered as an association with the upgrade of a (public) operating system and its versions. A brief overview of its three impulses/versions is made: physiological, „carrot and stick“ and the need to move to that of self-motivation and job satisfaction, which will move and improve the world.
