Submission Preparation Checklist

• The submission has not been previously published in the same or substantially similar form, and is not before another journal for consideration. Where a preprint of this work is publicly available, its URL or DOI has been stated in the Comments for the Editor.
• The manuscript has been prepared using the journal's article template and is submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
• The manuscript is between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references and appendices.
• The text is in English and has been checked for language quality. Where AI-based language tools have been used, this is disclosed in the manuscript in accordance with the journal's policy on the use of artificial intelligence.
• All references follow APA 7th edition style, and DOIs are provided for all cited works that have one.
• An Author Contributions statement using the CRediT taxonomy is included.
• A Data Availability Statement is included. Where data cannot be shared, the statement explains why.
• A Conflict of Interest statement and a Funding statement are included. If there is nothing to declare, this is stated explicitly.
• For research involving human participants, the manuscript states that ethical approval was obtained, names the approving body, and confirms that informed consent was obtained.
• All authors listed meet the journal's authorship criteria, and all persons who meet those criteria are listed. The corresponding author's ORCID iD has been supplied.
• Written permission has been obtained for any third-party material reproduced in the manuscript.
• The author understands that, if accepted, the article will be published under a CC BY 4.0 licence and that copyright will remain with the authors.
