Readers are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without prior permission from the publisher or the author, in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.
All articles published in the journal are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the published material, even for commercial purposes, as long as they give appropriate credit to the original author(s).
