Abstract

The review presents the first ranking of Bulgarian prime ministers from 1879 to 2009. The survey is based on 20 indicators that affect the personal, political, professional and managerial qualities of Bulgarian premieres. The ranking is made by 56 experts (political scientists, historians, sociologists, culturalologists, etc.) – specialists in different fields of the Bulgarian social sciences.
