Methods of obtaining information about human rights organizations and law enforcement agencies

Abstract

Reported is the significance and importance of information as one of the key elements for the protection of national security. The report referred and evaluated methods of gathering information. An analysis is made of the development of the legislation on the use of special intelligence means in the Republic of Bulgaria, indicating that the changes made over the years are in the positive direction, consistent with the practice in the leading countries of the European Union.
