The possibilities of social innovation to add value to society

Social innovation exists in the public sector, the non-governmental sector and the private sector. It may be the result of actions taken by public authorities or private initiatives, as well as being initiated for profit or non-profit purposes. The purpose of this article is to analyze the impact of social innovation and its potential for adding value to society.
