Optimization and modernization of the ministry of the interior management

Abstract

A Concept was briefly presented with a draft of system of the Ministry of Interior, called the Structure Development Management System, which aims is to create better conditions for the practical implementation of the department's policies in the various fields of activity and the budget, according to appropriate budgetary programs, to increase transparency and efficiency in the allocation of funds in accordance with the missions and objectives of the structures individually and of the Ministry. The system consists of three subsystems – Capabilities, Budgeting and Acquisition, and consils that govern their activities.
