Abstract
Reducing prices is highly applicable habit for most organizations. A simple analysis shows when this bad habit leads to money simply are scattered on the table. Like any other addiction, a habit that is difficult to overcome. The best way to remove a strong inherent behavior is being replaced with another. Arrogance, albeit to a lesser extent, is a symbol of confidence needed to be pushed aside obsession with price cuts.
