Abstract

The issue of the dual citizenship is usually put in place during the holding and finalization of elections – parliamentary, local or European. Some circles provide proposals to abolish the status of the dual citizenship. But this issue cannot be solved through restrictions, but with respect for the rule of law, pan-European rules and the international democratic standards.
