Spheres of the security strategy within the competences of the Košice self-government region

The article deals with the issue of security and variability of competencies in the security strategy of the regional self-government, such as the Košice self-governing region. The article theoretically processes the current position of the regional self-government in the context of procedures and creation of security policy, especially in the management of the regional Security Council.
