Abstract

Many modern scientists and politicians are turning their attention to human capital, which is a national treasure of any country. They are trying to create a new model of life which is pointed to improve the living standards of the majority of the population and to allow a long, happy and healthy life. To improve the quality of life of Bulgarians and increase their sense of satisfaction and happiness are necessary changes in the priorities of the state. Policy of Bulgaria should aim at raising the standard of living and quality of life.
