Abstract
Ensuring the safety and health of workers is an important and integral part of implementing a successful corporate and social business strategy in any organization and factor for sustainable development. The purpose of this article is to analyze the legal framework, the responsibility of the management team and the measures of the activity for ensuring healthy and safe working conditions.
