Относно някои промени в закона за специалните разузнавателни средства

Abstract

Law on Special Intelligence Means is one of these important laws to counter illegal activities in the Republic of Bulgaria, which has undergone dynamic changes in recent years. This article discusses some of the major revisions of the law in the period 2013-2015 year and causes them to be made. Referred to is the need for a change in the procedures for the use of the special intelligence means and the period for which they can be implemented. Described are the main objectives which are achieved with the adjustments made:

-ensure independence of basic authority, applying the special intelligence means, by those entitled to use them and want to use the results of them;

-set up cases of violations of the law under which it is acceptable for the application of special intelligence means;

-detailing the procedure, at the request and grant permissions for the application of the special intelligence means as well as the time limits for their use depending on the objects.
