Abstract

The report analyzes the place, role and contribution of joint contact centers at the borders of the Republic of Bulgaria in achieving a qualitatively new level of security. Without exhaustive draw conclusions about the effectiveness of this tool as a countervailing measure to the lack of border control at internal borders. The conclusion of the need for even greater strengthening of activity of the Agency “Customs” in EU police and customs cooperation and by increasing the role of contact centers in the fight against terrorism and migration. The other main conclusion is the achievement of a high level of security of official information channels for service information.
