Abstract

Each operational company must have the necessary resources in order to successfully carry out its financial activity. The accurate financing of the company, combined with right organization of production and realization, is an absolute obligation for the profitability of the production process. The total cost calculation of the production includes all the operational cost and should be examined in all variations. The strategic orientation of the company is achieved mainly with the right implementation of the strategic planning. The defining of goals and choosing strategies are two mutually determined and connected phases of a unique process.
