Abstract

The New insecurity (uncertainty) presented in the topic, is caused by the virus that caused serious „stress“ and displaced the „tectonic plates“ in the economies of countries around the world. A global recession has occurred. Along the way, the virus affected important key places in the economics, which weakened the global industry, transport, etc., creating a precondition for cyber insecurity!
