Abstract
In an attempt to delay the spread of COVID-19 and limit its impact on public health, a number of governments are taking “hard” or “soft” lockdown measures, thus halting or restricting the activities of various businesses. The article examines ways to insure and transfer the business interruption risk. Public-private partnership mechanisms have been proposed to lead to better crisis and public re-sources management.
