Abstract
The article discusses the products and technologies that fall into the lists of controlled dual-use items, which are usually used for civilian purposes and are not intended for military use, but could potentially have military application, or be used for the production of military products. These articles shall be subject to customs controls on export and import, subject to the relevant customs procedures and compliance with Community and national legislation.
