Abstract
The right tactical actions affect each member of the Ministry of Interior staff with police power, during their participation in high-risk operations. The topic of the police investigation and the right tactical action is once again on the agenda for the public in connection with the „unprecedented“ police operation, the search for suspected double murder in Kostenets, Stoyan Zaikov-Chane in May, 2019. Provoked by this and other reasons, this report analyzes a number of tactical actions involving police officers in their participation in special police operations and actions in risk situations, which is the main purpose of this research.
